- Bria won't send a caller to voicemail. She answers, books, takes the message or puts them through.
- Bria won't pretend to be a person. Ask whether you're talking to a human and she says no.
- Bria won't diagnose. A noise, a limp, a stain on the ceiling is a symptom. She writes down what the caller said and books someone who can look.
- Bria won't tell anyone it can wait. She can decide a call needs a person now. She can never decide it's fine. Every doubt goes up, never down.
- Bria won't keep someone talking in an emergency. A gas smell, someone hurt, a building that isn't safe: get out, call 911, then we'll talk.
- Bria won't quote what she can't see. Your published fees, yes. A repair, a total or a “usually around”, no.
- Bria won't give advice that isn't hers to give. Not what insurance covers, not medical advice, not whether something is safe to use, drive or enter.
- Bria won't hand out private details. No door codes, alarm codes or client information, whoever says they're asking.
- Bria won't make your decisions. Who covers a shift, a refund, a refill, a hire: she takes the request and hands it to the person who decides.

Will Bria sound robotic?
Talk to her and hear for yourself. She uses a natural, human-sounding voice, and we put a live demo on this page, by phone or right in your browser, because a live conversation tells you more than any demo video could.
What if a caller asks something Bria doesn't know?
She says so and hands off — takes a message, offers a callback, or transfers to you if the call warrants it. Building that path well is harder than building the conversation that goes to plan.
How fast can I be live?
Most businesses are live within 3 business days of sending us their details. The setup itself takes about a day. The rest is time to fill any gaps and get Bria sounding like your business, not a generic bot.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Cancel anytime. Turn off the forwarding and that's it: no cancellation fee, no long-term contract. We keep your data for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it, or sooner if you ask.
Do I need to change my phone number?
Not at all. You keep your existing number and forward it to a number we give you. Forward all calls, or only the ones you miss or can't answer, if your phone provider supports it. If you have a business phone system with scheduling, you can also route calls by time of day.
Is my data secure?
We never use your calls to train AI models. Recordings and transcripts are stored against your account only, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. For the full details, read our Privacy Policy.
What does the setup fee cover?
We train Bria on your business: your knowledge, your services, your way of handling calls. The result is a receptionist built for you, not a generic chatbot. Normally a one-time fee, but it's free until December 31, 2026, so you only pay the monthly price.
