Proof · Bria

The fastest way to judge us is to call.

Bria is answering calls right now. Book a fake appointment, ask her something she shouldn't know, try to trip her up. No form, no email, no waiting for a demo slot. She'll think you're a customer. That's the idea.

Hi Maria — congratulations on opening the Westlake office. A second location usually means the phones get busier before the front desk catches up. We help practices like yours make sure every new-patient call is answered and booked. Worth a 15-minute look this week?

The problem

The leads aren't the problem. What happens to them is.

You know roughly what a good customer looks like. You could probably name five companies you should be talking to. What you don't have is anyone whose actual job is to go get them, follow up on them, and keep going after the third no reply.

So the pipeline runs on whoever had a spare hour:

  • Someone sends you a prospect list. Nobody has time to check which of them are worth a call, so none of them get one.
  • You send twenty emails in a good week. You send none in a busy one, and the busy ones are most weeks.
  • A lead replies with interest. Three days pass before anyone gets back to them.
  • A deal goes quiet and nobody notices, because nobody owns noticing.
  • A call comes in at 7pm, goes to voicemail, and nobody listens to it until Monday.

And your phone system, CRM, inbox, scheduler and that prospect spreadsheet don't talk to each other, so you are the integration between all of it.

None of this gets fixed by buying another tool. It is work that needs someone doing it, every day, whether or not it was a busy week. That is what Brad and Bria are for.

Meet Brad and Bria

One of them finds who's ready to buy. The other makes sure someone picks up.

Brad · AI BDR

Brad's job is the one nobody at your company has time for. He finds every possible buyer, starting from what your best customers have in common, works out who to actually talk to, and enriches each one with verified details so you aren't emailing a job title that left two years ago.

Then he watches for the moments that matter. Every lead is ranked against live buying signals and re-ranked when something changes, so the list always says who is worth contacting now and who isn't ready yet — with the reason attached, straight into your CRM.

Then he drafts the outreach — an email or a message, researched, one lead at a time, personalized to the reason the lead moved up — and puts it in your CRM as a task with a due date. You review it and send it. Nothing goes out without you.

Bria · AI Receptionist

Getting someone to call you back is wasted if nobody answers. Bria picks up every call, at any hour, in under a second. She knows what you do and what you don't. She qualifies the caller, books the appointment, takes the message, and puts the urgent ones through to a human.

When the call ends the notes are already written — who called, what they wanted, what they agreed to, what to do next. She works on her own if phones are all you need.

The fix

Two hires who don't need a day off, a CRM lesson, or a reason to follow up.

Targeting

Finds companies that look like the ones that already pay you

Built from your best customers, not a bought list. Every lead comes with the reason it matched.

Research

Knows who to talk to, and that they still work there

The right person at each company, with contact details checked before they reach your CRM.

Signals

Tells you to reach out when something changed, not when a timer went off

Leads are re-scored as signals come in, so the timing is the lead's, not a sequence's.

Outreach

Drafts the outreach, for you to approve

An email or a message, personalized to the reason the lead moved up, and waiting in your CRM as a task with a due date. You review and send.

Calls

Answers on the first ring, every time

Bria picks up day, night and weekends, in a voice trained on your business.

Handoff

Books the meeting or puts a person through — never a voicemail

The caller gets an appointment, an answer, or you. And the notes are written before you ask.

How the loop closes

Brad finds who's ready. You reach out. Bria picks up when they call.

It's one loop, not two products. Brad finds the companies worth chasing and watches for the moment they're ready; what comes back through the phone teaches him who to go after next.

Brad · Stage 1

Learns what a good customer looks like

Brad starts from the customers who already pay you — their industry, size, location and how they buy — and turns them into a target profile. No bought list, no guessing.

Target profile built from 14 of your customers

Dental & vet clinics2–10 locationsOhio & MichiganBooks appointments onlineGrowing headcount15–80 staff

Every lead Brad finds is measured against this.

Brad · Stage 2

Finds look-alikes, and the right person at each

He finds companies that match the profile, works out who actually makes the decision, and verifies their details so you aren't emailing a job title that left two years ago.

Brad · Stage 3

Watches for the moment worth acting on

A good fit isn't the same as a good time. Brad keeps watching every lead for buying signals — growth, hiring, a change at the top — so you reach out because something changed, not because a timer went off.

Brad · Stage 4

Scores every lead, and re-scores when a signal lands

Fit and timing roll into one score. When a signal lands the lead moves up, with the reason attached, and goes straight into your CRM — so the list always says who's ready now and who isn't yet.

You + Bria · Stage 6

They reply and book — or they call, and Bria answers

Replies to your outreach turn into meetings on your calendar. Calls get picked up on the first ring, qualified and booked, with the notes written. Then what converted goes back to stage 1, and Brad gets sharper about who to chase next.

You don't move anything between systems, and nothing waits for someone to have a spare hour. That's the whole point.

Most of this market resells the same dashboard

01
Configured, not built.

A large share of AI agencies run one white-label platform with their own logo on it. Same flows, same voice, same ceiling.

02
It breaks on your edge cases.

The appointment type that needs a deposit. The question that has to reach you personally. The thing the template never anticipated.

03
We build on the voice stack directly.

So the logic matches how your business actually runs — and you can test that on a live call before paying anything.

04
And most of the other half resells the same lead database.

Buy a list, send volume, call it pipeline. Brad scores on signals, and a low-signal list doesn't get worked.

Ground rules

Things Brad and Bria won't do, including when you ask.

Some of this costs us deals. We'd rather lose those.

Brad finding customers

  • No cold calls. Neither of them places outbound calls. Not a roadmap item.
  • Brad won't blast a bought list. Every contact is verified and has a reason attached.
  • Brad won't send anything you haven't approved. Every draft waits for you.
  • Brad won't push volume that gets your domain or accounts flagged.

Bria answering calls

  • Bria won't send a caller to voicemail. She answers, books, takes the message or puts them through.
  • Bria won't pretend to be a person. Ask whether you're talking to a human and she says no.
  • Bria won't diagnose. A noise, a limp, a stain on the ceiling is a symptom. She writes down what the caller said and books someone who can look.
  • Bria won't tell anyone it can wait. She can decide a call needs a person now. She can never decide it's fine. Every doubt goes up, never down.
  • Bria won't keep someone talking in an emergency. A gas smell, someone hurt, a building that isn't safe: get out, call 911, then we'll talk.
  • Bria won't quote what she can't see. Your published fees, yes. A repair, a total or a “usually around”, no.
  • Bria won't give advice that isn't hers to give. Not what insurance covers, not medical advice, not whether something is safe to use, drive or enter.
  • Bria won't hand out private details. No door codes, alarm codes or client information, whoever says they're asking.
  • Bria won't make your decisions. Who covers a shift, a refund, a refill, a hire: she takes the request and hands it to the person who decides.

Each business adds its own rules during setup, and every call is recorded and transcribed so you can check.

Fit

Brimeo isn't for everyone.

Not a fit if

  • You want tens of thousands of emails a day.
  • You already have a BDR or SDR team and want tooling for them.
  • You need cold calling.
  • You need every piece working this month.

A fit if

  • You know who your good customers are, but nobody has time to go get more of them.
  • You lose leads to slow follow-up.
  • You'd hire someone for this if you could find and afford one.

Industries

Bria already knows how your business runs.

She's built for businesses where a missed call is a lost job. Pick yours to see the calls she handles and how she handles them.

FAQs

The questions everyone asks first.

A fuller list — security, integrations, contracts — is on the FAQ page.

Is all of this actually built?

Bria answers calls today — call her. Brad's prospecting, enrichment, signal watching, ranking and outreach drafting are running now with our first client. Sending and follow-ups are next. We're early, and we'd rather say so.

We tried a tool like this and it didn't work.

Most of them send volume and call it pipeline. Brad scores and ranks every lead, and a low-signal list doesn't get worked at all. Nothing goes out until you've approved it.

Which channels does Brad use?

Brad researches and enriches each contact, including a verified email address where one exists, and drafts a personalized email or message for the channel you use. It goes into your CRM as a task with a due date, and you review it and send it, within each platform's limits. Sending and follow-ups from Brad are next.

Do you cold call?

No. Not a roadmap item.

Will it sound robotic?

Talk to it and hear for yourself. It uses a natural, human-sounding voice, and we put a live demo on this page, by phone or right in your browser, because a live conversation tells you more than any demo video could.

What if the caller asks something the AI doesn't know?

It says so and hands off — takes a message, offers a callback, or transfers to you if the call warrants it. Building that path well is harder than building the conversation that goes to plan.

How fast can I be live?

Most businesses are live within 3 business days of sending us their details. The setup itself takes about a day. The rest is time to fill any gaps and get your agent sounding like your business, not a generic bot.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Cancel anytime. Turn off the forwarding and that's it: no cancellation fee, no long-term contract. We keep your data for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it, or sooner if you ask.

Do I need to change my phone number?

Not at all. You keep your existing number and forward it to a number we give you. Forward all calls, or only the ones you miss or can't answer, if your phone provider supports it. If you have a business phone system with scheduling, you can also route calls by time of day.

Is my data secure?

We never use your calls to train AI models. Recordings and transcripts are stored against your account only, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. For the full details, read our Privacy Policy.

What does the setup fee cover?

We train your agent on your business: your knowledge, your services, your way of handling calls. The result is a custom agent built for you, not a generic chatbot. Normally a one-time fee, but it's free until December 31, 2026, so you only pay the monthly price.

Last thing

Tell us what's falling through the cracks.

Fifteen minutes. We'll tell you which parts are working today, what we're still building, and what it would cost. If Brimeo isn't the right fit we'll say so.

15 minutes · No slides · We'll use your real scenarios
